When you receive your policy documents always read them carefully. These documents will explain exactly what you are covered for and will detail anything for which cover is not provided. You can notify us of an accident or any incident which may lead to a claim by simply calling our dedicated Claims Helpline on 0845 600 5330. This is operated by Zenith Insurance Management UK Limited and is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Please have your current schedule of insurance to hand. Alternatively, if your query is about an existing claim please send an email to Claims.department@zenith-insurance.co.uk or select the appropriate option by telephoning 0845 600 5330. Always report any accident or incident that my lead to a claim immediately, whether you were at fault or not and especially where loss, damage or injury has been caused to anyone else or their property. You should do this even if there was no loss or damage to your own vehicle as failure to do so may affect our ability to deal with any claim made against you or another party.
